The West Suburban Chicago Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated Beautillion is a leadership experience, geared towards young men of African descent, designed to cultivate and encourage personal and academic excellence and civic engagement.
This phenomenal experience will include learning the art of ballroom dancing, participating in varied educational workshops, and engaging in community service and philanthropic efforts. We are pleased to share the proceeds from this year's Inaugural Beautillion will benefit the Jack & Jill Foundation and other local non-profit organizations.

The Beautillion is the signature gala and leadership initiative of the Jack & Jill Western Suburban Chicago Chapter. It is a season of transformation — a journey that brings together mentorship, character development, and cultural celebration. For months, young men (Beaus) engage in leadership forums, community service, etiquette coaching, and personal growth sessions — all culminating in a formal, black-tie gala. This culminating evening is not just a presentation; it’s a testament to discipline, refinement, and legacy. The Beautillion is more than a ceremony — it is an enduring tradition rooted in pride, excellence, and service. It stands as a platform where young men step confidently into their potential, guided by community, heritage, and purpose.
